Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Consultant Leader located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The position will be responsible for leading sales strategies, driving business development initiatives in the tech sector, and managing key projects. We are looking for someone not only great at selling but also capable of leading and building a strong sales team from within. This is a fast-track leadership opportunity: you’ll start as a high-performing sales consultant, and depending on your performance in the first 3–6 months, transition into a leadership role.
What we’re looking for:
- at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in saas or tech startups
- consistent performance in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- strong sense of ownership and leadership mindset, with the ability to coach others
- willing to build processes, support teammates, and grow a high-performance culture.

Your responsibilities:
As a Business Consultant Leader, you will still play a hands-on role in direct sales while also supporting and leading others:
- manage the entire sales cycle: qualify leads, run demos, pitch solutions, close deals
- support onboarding and training of new sales consultants through hands-on coaching
- help build a culture of speed, ownership, and continuous improvement
- assist in building scalable processes and tracking performance metrics for the team

- individual revenue and quota achievement
- number of supported deals and teammate performance improvement
