I/ WHAT YOU DO
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & People Ops Executive who will take ownership of recruitment activities while supporting People Operations initiatives to enhance employee experience and team culture.
This role focuses approximately 70% on Talent Acquisition and 30% on People Operations.
1. Talent Acquisition (70%)
Hiring & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, networking events).
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Prepare job descriptions and recruitment postings aligned with hiring needs.
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Communication teams to develop recruitment content and campaigns.
- Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and recruitment activities.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline quality) to improve hiring efficiency.
2. People Operations (30%)
Training & Development
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
- Support the organization and execution of internal training sessions (technical, soft skills, leadership development).
- Work with team leads to identify training needs and support learning initiatives.
Culture & Engagement
- Support the implementation of employee engagement and culture-building activities.
- Assist in organizing company events, team bonding activities, and internal communication initiatives.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen team collaboration and company values.
People Ops Support
- Maintain HR documentation and internal records.
- Support internal surveys and feedback collection to improve employee experience.
- Assist in improving People Ops processes and workflows.
II/ WHO YOU ARE
1. Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment; experience in IT or SaaS environments is a strong advantage.
- Strong network of candidates and/or recruitment service partners.
2. Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to ask the right questions, analyze needs, and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Solid sourcing, market research, and pipeline-building capability.
3. Mindset & Attitude
- Proactive, passionate, energetic, and accountable with a strong can-do mindset.
- Data-driven and result-oriented.
