Partnership Engagement: To build and foster new and existing relationships with corporate partners;
Engage with partners to effectively manage the partnerships and relationship building
Develop new strategic partnerships and joint ventures that sustain the BASE organisation for long-term projects
Utilize knowledge of business and social enterprise to build mutually beneficial partnerships with third-party organizations
Manage and maintain effective communications with, corporate partners
Develop and implement joint marketing-communication plans with partnered organisations to promote and sustain the partnerships
Develop sales strategy for the markets including analysing new markets, approaching customers, promoting sales strategy, and increasing sales activities to reach the agreed Sales Target.

Education and Experience:
Master degree preferred, with concentration in Sales & Marketing, Brand Management, MBA
At least 3 years of experience in managerial position of Sales/Marketing/Business Development
Demonstrated managerial skills, including experience managing complex marketing and sales functions
Demonstrated excellence in organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experienced working with high profile partners
Strong experience in building relationships, developing budgets
Demonstrated ability to create and manage budgets, develop staff, and work with executive management on both short and long term strategic planning
An in-depth knowledge and understanding of the political, economic and social context in Vietnam, as well as experience working with national and local government agencies and authorities
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with senior management, boards of directors, partners and supporters, community organizations, government officials, corporate executives, general public
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of leadership and management principles as they relate to the business sector
Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
Knowledge of project management and service delivery
Fluent in written and oral English (this will be tested if necessary)
Adaptability: Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible, versatile and tolerant in a changing work environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency
