Partnership Engagement: To build and foster new and existing relationships with corporate partners;

  • Engage with partners to effectively manage the partnerships and relationship building

  • Develop new strategic partnerships and joint ventures that sustain the BASE organisation for long-term projects

  • Utilize knowledge of business and social enterprise to build mutually beneficial partnerships with third-party organizations

  • Manage and maintain effective communications with, corporate partners

  • Develop and implement joint marketing-communication plans with partnered organisations to promote and sustain the partnerships

  • Develop sales strategy for the markets including analysing new markets, approaching customers, promoting sales strategy, and increasing sales activities to reach the agreed Sales Target.

Requirement

Education and Experience:

  • Master degree preferred, with concentration in Sales & Marketing, Brand Management, MBA

  • At least 3 years of experience in managerial position of Sales/Marketing/Business Development

  • Demonstrated managerial skills, including experience managing complex marketing and sales functions

  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experienced working with high profile partners

  • Strong experience in building relationships, developing budgets

  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage budgets, develop staff, and work with executive management on both short and long term strategic planning

  • An in-depth knowledge and understanding of the political, economic and social context in Vietnam, as well as experience working with national and local government agencies and authorities

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with senior management, boards of directors, partners and supporters, community organizations, government officials, corporate executives, general public

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of leadership and management principles as they relate to the business sector

  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting

  • Knowledge of project management and service delivery

  • Fluent in written and oral English (this will be tested if necessary)

  • Think strategically: Assesses options and actions based on trends and conditions in the environment, and the vision and values of the organization
