Description

A Trainer is an experienced educator. You will play a role as not only a trainer but also a motivator who is able to push Basers breaking their limitations into higher levels in both skills and knowledge.

Organizational skills and a positive attitude are deeply required.

The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing personal skills.


Training Specialist Responsibilities

Include:

Identifying training needs by evaluating each personal strengths and weaknesses.

Mobilizing needs to training lessons that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.

Building an annual training program and preparing coaching plans.


Job brief

We are looking for an excellent Training Specialist to enhance the competencies of Basers by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with the company’s core values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions. 


Responsibilities

Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.

Mobilizing needs to training lessons that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.

Planning and Building an annual training program and prepare coaching plans.

Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.

Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.

Deliver training courses.

Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour.

Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.

Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.

Support and mentor new employees.

Monitor employee performance and response to training.

Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.


Requirements

Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting

Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles

Proven ability to master the full training cycle

Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques

Familiarity with talent management and succession planning

Sound decision making and organisational skills

Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences 

Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques incorporate teaching
